Don't have a birthday party there. There way too expensive and they rush you. You only get one and a half hours and they rush you to get out . Next time Chuckie Cheese, didn't feel rushed and it was 100.00 cheaper than Johns incredible pizza, and johns hardly had food, a lot of empty stations mostly pizza to eat.

Bar not stocked. Games not working. Ice cream shut down at 8 pm. Terrible service: Servers did not fill request for sour cream, potatoes, butter.
Attitude of employees that’s just the way it is here. Not worth your time or money

My first visit and very disappointing. I paid full price for our meals and the buffet bar was low or needed to be refilled. The dessert buffet was all empty platters. They only had soft serve available. Salad bar was low as well. Their dressings options was low.
A server never stop by our table.

In the game area, many games were not working.
No employee was there available for us to ride. The press button for assistant was not working.
Very disappointing experience. Never again.

I don't like the new service it take a long time to be served we have been her for 4hr just waiting, the manager should go to golden corral to see how they are doing thing there never coming back

I understand this is the new "Normal" but this is really stupid in so many levels. Ordering to get ur food it takes forever for them to bring ur food. Not just that but after 40 minute wait on a salad and ranch they came and say oh we have no ranch. Fine I get it but u have to wait forever to get ur food and the place it's literally not even full. I'm sure u guys can do allot better than this!!! Cause we love jhons but this is sad place to eat now and will def b making my complaints heard to everyone I know that loves jhons do they dont come here until u guys make it better. Hint of advice go to any buffet now open and learn from them(people can get their food just put gloves for the utensils that they're using)this will make this place so much better than what it is right now a very sad place to eat at

The place is very inviting looks great clean. But I must say the pizza is terrible. The.cheesecake is not cheesecake its just processed cheese. The menu selection is very skimpy. They could add hot dogs to the menu or at least nachos. Hate posting bad reviews about food but for the $87 dollars I spent of 8 of us Witht the drink. Id woukd of rather at at mcdonalds.

This is a great place for kids and families. It is very clean and nicely decorated. The pizza is good and the dessert is excellent. More choices than other fun pizza places. The grand kids had a wonderful time with the video and interactive games. You can reserve a room for private parties!
