I frequent a cozy Chinese fast food joint run by a family in Fontana. Over the years, I've ordered their family dinner on occasion. Recently, a new chef has taken over, and the resulting Ma Po Tofu dish I had was truly exceptional - perfectly seasoned and balanced. While most dishes are pre-cooked for quick service, they do offer made-to-order options, and the small eatery provides a few tables for dining in. Despite a minor cleanliness issue with the mirrors and a need for a fresh coat of paint, I recommend stopping by for a flavorful and speedy meal.
