Excellent food

I was missing orange peel chicken from my order last weekend. I was told I could have it free with my next meal, so I ordered again this weekend. I placed an even larger order than last weekend and gave a larger tip.. Added a note to the order. I didn't receive the chicken again and the I called the restaurant again. They said they would come back and delivery it. It's been three hours. It's wrong to steal from and lie to your customers.
