For over a decade, I've enjoyed consistently delicious food and friendly service from the crew, with the owner being one of the kindest people I've ever met. I've sampled nearly everything on the menu, and the flavors never disappoint-especially the "DIABLO BURRITO," which I've come to crave regularly for its incredible taste without overwhelming spice. Whether dining in or picking up to go, the fresh ingredients, reasonable prices, and warm atmosphere always make it a satisfying experience.

The menu offers a wide variety of delicious options at fair prices, with the Diablo Burrito being a personal favorite due to its incredible flavors.

Rodrigo's Taco Shop has the best Mexican food I have eaten in San Diego County aside from my family's home cooked meals. The owners are friendly and amazing cooks. Rodrigo's has been our go to restaurant for over 3 decades. I recommend the Caldo de Pollo for cool days, and the carne asada and pollo asado are constantly delicious. We also enjoy their Chile rellenos. Modest decor, but excellent prices quality and flavor. Best takeout around!
