The food and service were absolutely fantastic-especially Mario, who's hands down the funniest and best server around; the fresh chips, flavorful salsa, and killer michelada had me hooked from the first bite. That said, the automatic 20% service charge rubbed me the wrong way, since I believe tipping should be left up to the customer, not dictated by the management's cookie jar math.
