Located in Valle Vista, I have always favored Steve's Jr. Burger for their breakfast burritos due to proximity, until I tried a different spot and was pleasantly surprised by the distinct and superior taste. The burrito here is generously packed with chopped jalapeños, offering a flavorful kick without overwhelming heat. With its classic diner ambiance and a wide selection of delectable options, this establishment has swiftly become my preferred breakfast destination for its consistently delicious offerings and friendly service.

The hamburger bun was stale, the hamburger was not wrapped correctly in the bag and fell apart. Will not ever eat at this place again. The phone number is in correct to call and complain. Do not wish this place on any customers.

I ordered and paid over the phone, they then call me to tell me that they don't have the food I ordered (they ran out) #1 WHY TAKE MY ORDER AND CHARGE ME if you don't have it? #2 I then ask to speak to the manager ADOLFO who hangs up on me not once, not twice, but three times. All I want is a refund, which is not an unacceptable thing to ask for... he tells me NO! ummm what? I then ask for the corp # and store # and he hung up AGAIN, tried again and again to call back AND THEY BLOCKED MY NUMBER! Really? I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ... not because the food is not good (even tho its not great) but because the so called customer service is ridiculous .... I loved that place but now, I WILL NOT SPEND A PENNY THERE EVER AGAIN.AND I WILL SHARE THIS TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY --- SHAME ON YOU ADOLFO AND YOUR SO CALLED EMPLOYEES!

Always great burgers and the best fries ever. Onion rings and the best service. They treat you like family.
