It was a busy night at Fortuna Subway, and there was a line. Stress-inducing for employees - I get that. But this one person should NOT be working with the public. My experience started with zero eye contact. Then she was argumentative, telling me I was pointing to a different kind of bread than I was saying. Correcting a customer like that? Really? I was a bit taken aback and was hurried along to the kind person adding the toppings. But wait...I wanted a third sandwich, I told person number two. That's when Helga the Horrible then chimed in with, "I asked you if you wanted another sandwich." Even if she did (and I had no memory of it), you don't scold a customer. I told her "forget it," but she impatiently insisted. I said, "No, you're kind of being rude." I then paid for my two sandwiches and left. A shame, since I've been a loyal Subway customer for 30 years. But this one person needs to go - or at least take a good long break from the public.
