The beef is tender enough to melt in the mouth, chicken is moist and had a delicious sauce. Julie made several salads, one more delicious than the next. Dessert was a cake with a less sweet icing, very delicious.
In addition, Julie's banquet hall is beautifully appointed, with a rose garden fenced from a field where wild Roosevelt Elk graze.
