After weeks of texting and talking, we finally met in person at The Boathouse, which was a perfect halfway point for us due to our distance. Despite getting a bit lost on a stormy day, the delicious Cobb salad and mouth-watering burger made the adventure worth it. The friendly service and beautiful lake views made it a memorable experience, and I'll definitely be returning on future trips to the area.
