The Best Chinese restaurant in Winters. The servers are friendly and the food is fresh and tasty. If you ask them, they will customize your dish to your liking. And the portions are generous.

My wife and I have lived in winters four years and just decided to stop in one day and we were pleasantly engaged and welcomed by the staff and the food was amazing. Not your typical Panda Express kinda food this is flavorful, tender, and comes out hot. The staff is nice and welcoming and we now found our favorite spot.

I love this restaurant. It's a small family owned restaurant, every one is nice and the food is Great. I'm glad they are part of Winters.
