When we arrived to the restaurant we placed our name on the list to be seated, the server said it would be about 10 to 15 minutes of a wait. After 15 minutes my husband asked how much longer for us to be seated, the server told my husband it would be another 5 minutes since the table we were going to get was taken by accident. When I asked the server after the 5 minutes how much more we would have to wait the server replied it would be 5 minutes, I then asked her if it was going to be 5 more minutes on top of the 5 minutes we just waited. The server replied to me with attitude that she cannot determine how long people will take to eat and there is nothing she can do about it. At that point we had already waited about 30 minutes and told the server to remove our name from the list as they have lost a customer! I had been a frequent customer for over a year and never was treated this way. I am a big believer of GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, and this restaurant does NOT have that. They do not seem to care to about the customers. If you want good food and great customer service, do not eat here you will just wait your time and money!
