I recently discovered Ishi Shima Sushi in the Union plaza and decided to give it a try for dinner. The salmon sashimi I ordered was exceptionally delicious, especially with a touch of soy sauce. While the rolls were flavorful, they tended to have too many ingredients, somewhat masking the distinct tastes. Overall, I'm looking forward to returning and experiencing more of their menu offerings.
