The rice noodle rolls here are incredibly soft, thin, and fresh, making them one of my favorite Vietnamese treats to bring home and assemble with fresh herbs and cha lua. Although it's cash only and best enjoyed immediately since they firm up after refrigeration, the variety of flavors like pork, green onion, and fried shallots always make for a delicious and satisfying meal.
