The Mexican food at Colimas is truly unbeatable, I can't get enough of their combo #6 with a chicken sope, taco dorado chicken, and chicken enchilada - it's the bomb! The shrimp enchiladas and carne asada tacos are my go-to favorites, and the handmade tortillas are pure buttery goodness that melts in your mouth.
