My family always enjoys a special treat from this pizza place. Ordering online for pick-up is convenient, but waiting over 45 minutes due to a lack of drivers was disappointing. The owner should consider driving or finding reliable delivery staff to improve service quality. Despite the delay, the manager's effort to make up for the wait was appreciated.
