Omg! I was just at strings to pick up my to go order. The lady on the phone told me 15-20 minutes til the food would be ready which was okay with me. Hour later my food was not ready the waiter said they were waiting for bread.... Got home and my food was cold. I'm so disappointed I was a regular at strings now their service sucks. I spends over $30 for cold food.
