Chan's will be closing its doors for the last time on June 30, 2023. The experience of dining here has been filled with nostalgic memories and delicious Chinese cuisine. The care and warmth shown by the staff make every visit feel like a cherished family gathering. I am grateful for Chan's years of dedicated service and wish them all the best in their future endeavors.

Why is chans on Stockton Blvd closing up such a big loss always enjoyed they wonderful food so sorry they had to close up going to miss their food

Food very good I have been talking to people about golden dragon and how the food is no where near as good as chans.

I ordered Honey Walnut Prawns and General Chicken both were better than any place in price comparison, I think these other reviews aren't accurate. If you are going to say there is a better hole in the wall spot , name the spot. I recommend this goodness but be your own judge.

Sub par is a fitting term. I placed an order at 11 to be picked up at 12, but it wasn't ready for 35 minutes, at 12:35. Sat at a table the whole time without being offered a glass of water or provided the slightest apology. It wasn't too busy as there were a few tables open. After receiving my order, I found that it really wasn't very good. I ordered Orange chicken. Basic, but usually a simple menu item. I personally hate the orange rinds in my dish, and with this it made the dish taste burnt. Overall, it just wasn't very good. My opinion: avoid this place , not like the plague, but like heartburn.

Amazing is not a strong of word for the food at Chan's Try the Phoenix and dragon tell them Tommy sent you and you will get extra love ;o) I grew up right down the street from Chan's over 30 years ago back then it was a store front church and I think that is why the food there is like a BLESSING! Do yourself a favor and go there and order something out of the normal fried rice and chow mien look for something you have not ate before and give your taste bud a heaven sent You cant go wrong with CHAN'S don't forget to tell them Tommy sent you
