I had the worst delivery experience ever. I ordered a pizza at 4:30 p.m. and was given a 45 minute delivery time. An hour and 5 minutes had passed so I gave them a call. A young lady answer the phone and I told her that it's been over an hour and I had not received my pizza. She said that she was going to check and let me know what happened. She got back on the phone and told me that the delivery driver had left my pizza there and she did not know why. She said that she would make sure that he would deliver it when he got back. I told her to please make me a fresh pizza then because I did not want to have a cold or warm Pizza since it was not my fault it was the fault of theirs and the driver. She then put me on hold again 5 minutes later she came back on and said my pizza would be delivered immediately. 25 minutes went by and still nothing. I checked again in about 15 minutes and there was a pizza sitting on my porch. No one rang my doorbell or knocked it was just sitting there. Had I not looked at my door that pizza would have been sitting there forever. They finally delivered it a little bit after 6:00. To top it off they gave me the wrong Pizza. I ordered a combo I even paid extra for mushrooms mozzarella and sun-dried tomatoes. Each of those items were $1.75 additional each. It was almost as if they grabbed someone else's Pizza just to get a delivery to me ASAP. It was an all meat pizza when I actually ordered a combination. To top it off it was lukewarm and did not taste good. After taking a few bites I had to wind up throwing the whole pizza away. Very disappointed because I was a customer that went there in order inside and even dined inside from time to time. I sent an email to the restaurant but never received a response.
