During our stay for a baseball tournament, there was some initial confusion that was quickly resolved by our concierge, Danny. His attentive service made us feel like royalty, especially when he arranged for a microwave to be brought to our room. The warm and fuzzy feeling I initially lacked turned into a memorable experience, making this one of the best stays we've had in a while.

The hotel's amenities came in handy during a neighborhood power outage, providing 24/7 coffee and tea, delicious breakfast, and a friendly staff that included the breakfast crew, housekeeping, manager, and front desk personnel. Despite not being a guest, the staff warmly welcomed me when I needed to use the restroom while biking nearby. Their hospitality and responsiveness were truly appreciated, making it a place I have nothing but praise for. While the hotel's location was convenient for a road trip stopover, it might be a bit far for those exploring Sacramento attractions. The check-in process was smooth, and the spacious, clean rooms were complimented by a customizable breakfast experience. Although hallway noise was noticeable, the overall positive interactions with the staff made it a place I would happily return to.
