The shrimp cocktail here is hands down the best in the West, and their quesabirrias have me coming back two days in a row without regret. With friendly staff, generous portions, and consistently delicious dishes like bistec ranchero and carne asada, this Mexican dining experience has quickly become my ultimate comfort food destination in Hollister.
