The Chinese food at Cheung Sheng on San Benito St is my favorite in Hollister. The owner ensures a great dining experience, and the staff is always courteous and accurate with orders. The combination chow mein, velvet soup, prawns in spicy garlic sauce, and mixed veggies were all delicious and made just in time for lunch.
