The tacos at Jimboy's are unmatched, surpassing all the popular options. Whenever I dine here, I find myself questioning why I don't visit more frequently. Enjoyed a delicious lunch with tacos and enchiladas, all prepared to perfection. The welcoming atmosphere, cleanliness, and warm service make this Jimboy's a favorite spot, even if it means a drive from Roseville.
