The Port of Stockton is truly a fascinating destination in the San Francisco Bay region. It's remarkable to think about the journey of those massive merchant ships as they travel nearly 100 miles inland from the Golden Gate Bridge to reach Stockton. This bustling port is not just about maritime activities; it's a vast hub where a diverse range of goods, from Central Valley produce to petroleum, are stored and shipped. Have you ever noticed those large domes along Interstate 5? Surprisingly, they house blueberries - wouldn't it be fitting if they were painted blue too?
