The pizza at Straw Hat has a unique crust that is thicker, yet light and airy, with a "cracker crust" texture that may not be for everyone, but I personally enjoy it. They use traditional pizza ovens which seem to cook more evenly compared to conveyor belt ovens. The restaurant has a nostalgic feel with simple booths and tables, large TVs playing sports, and little league trophies lining the walls, creating a cozy atmosphere for enjoying their delicious pizza.
