I followed my instincts and tried something new in Patterson, and wow, the tostadas were bomb and the caldo de 7 mares definitely stole the show, even if the beans came out cold and the rice had a bit too much garlic or salt. The shrimp burrito is insanely hearty with shrimp in almost every bite, the flavors are consistent and full of love, and while the wait can be a bit long, the fresh seafood and tasty chicken tacos make it totally worth it.

Tried out a new spot in Patterson recently and it did not disappoint. The food was solid overall, but the rice was a bit overpowering with garlic or salt, and the beans were served cold. Despite those minor hiccups, the tostadas were fantastic and the caldo de 7 mareas was a standout dish. Although the wait was a bit long, the flavors and quality of the food definitely make it worth a return visit.
