The service at Chang Brothers in Auburn was exceptional, and the food, particularly the dumplings, was incredibly delicious. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the staff made my daughter feel special on her birthday, going above and beyond to ensure she had a memorable experience. I have been a loyal customer of Chang Brothers for years, drawn back by their consistently delicious Singapore Rice Noodle dish and friendly service.

Food is delicious

I got take out sweet and sour chicken, and chicken fried rice. The rice was great the S&S chicken was dry, stringy and impossible to chew. I took it back to Chang Bros. The young men were very respectful. They took the terrible food (after they agreed it was not fit to be consumed) back to the kitchen. Where I thought it would be replaced with good chicken. Only the top layer was good. So today I drove back to C. B. Wanting my money back. I guess I was dealing with the manager or the owner
He, very rude and told he would not give me my money back. Because, I was there a second time, and I had eaten some. I ate the top layer, it was good, I felt they put the newly cooked chicken on top of the bad. Hoping I would not notice. They owner/manager then told me to leave!!!! I did
By the way there was 3 people in the restaurant yesterday, today only 1. SORRY THIS IS SO LONG. I JUST DON'T WANT ANYONE ELSE TO EXPERIENCE WHAT I DID. I will not step foot in this place again.
