Inconsistent hours. Call first before trying to go there, half the time they aren't even there. Good food if they happen to be open, though. Website is hard to find and comes up as another "warehouse deli" in a different state. Often they don't have the ingredients that are on the menu, and will give you the wrong sandwich as well. Very disorganized. I miss the previous owner, she was much more consistent. Not the same as it used to be :(
