The Chinese restaurant in Colfax, nestled near the Best Western on Colfax, offers generous servings and decent flavors. During my recent overnight stay at the nearby hotel, I decided to try their hot and sour soup and orange chicken, both of which were served in ample portions perfect for sharing. The warm service and accommodating staff made the dining experience enjoyable, making it a worthwhile stop for those passing through the area.
