The food here is consistently delicious, with standout dishes like the tender Chile Colorado, flavorful enchiladas with mole sauce, and fresh homemade flour tortillas with chorizo. The staff is warm, friendly, and attentive, always remembering our preferences and ensuring a welcoming experience. Despite the simple ambiance, the restaurant is clean, busy, and offers fabulous service that keeps me coming back time and time again.
