Wife went thru drive thru and ordered Home Style Chicken Club meal large and a Sourdough Jack meal large. She was asked if she wanted the chicken Blazin several times and told the ga no several times. When we got home the chicken was so spicy I couldn't eat it once again it was wrong and the fries where cold and my wife's sourdough jack was wrong as well. I proceeded to go back and talk to management and tell them it was bad. I had a manager by the name of Joanna come up to me and I was telling her all that was bad and wrong about the sandwiches and she said my wife had to have ordered the spicy other wise I wouldn't have spicy. I told her no she told the gal several times not spicy or blazin. She said my wife is wrong . I said also that we have had to come back alot lately due to problems with our orders. Her response was "If we keep getting it wrong why do you come back". I told her i keep hoping you will get better and change so when we do come back it will be right. She said they get nothing but good reviews and never get things wrong. She then asked when did we come in. I said in the last half hour she asked how do I know you didnt bring this back from another day. I leaned back and said.. "You really think I would bring some thing in from a different day" and she replied Yes i believe you would... After all of this i saw another person with a grey shirt on working in the prep line and asked if that was the head manager or the owner. She said are you crazy do you really think the owner would work here i replied I dont know but was wondering if that was some one above you. She again told me I was crazy and then said if i dont like the food here dont come back. I then said fine give me a refund and she took 5 dollars out of the register and thru it at me and said dont like it here dont come back. So i took my % dollars oh by the way that isnt the full price of the meal and went across the street and got Mc Donalds....
