Rubicon Deli offers a wide variety of custom sandwiches with options for different breads, fillings, cheeses, mustards, and extras. Located in an unexpected corner of a nursery and garden shop, it may have long lines but the quality of the sandwiches makes it worth the visit. Keep in mind that in the summer, they may run out of bread or even close early, so plan accordingly for your visit.
