Awful. Way overpriced, rude and slow.
They will charge you "a little extra" gratuity based on how they feel that day, rather than mileage or anything specific. No online ordering. No customer service.
Waiting for GrubHub or UberEats to get into town and put them out of business, or at least force them to provide a good service at a standard, lower rate.
Less annoying but still a problem; $15 minimum (not including delivery, forced tip and "drinks") makes it impractical for two people to get fast food. Restaurants using them should signup for GrubHub instead
