The Mexican cuisine here is fantastic, especially with the added bonus of a buffet in Alamosa. My significant other loved the "SLV" plate, while I enjoyed the spicy "UFO" plate, although the eggs were a bit off for my taste. The friendly service and vibrant ambiance make it a welcoming spot for families, and I appreciate the authentic flavors that keep me coming back for more.
