I have visited this cafí© multiple times and consistently enjoyed the friendly and welcoming staff, as well as the charming, owner-run ambiance. The menu offers a variety of fresh and delicious options, including soups, sandwiches, vegan breakfast burritos, and baked goods like blueberry scones and Belgian waffles. While prices tend to be on the higher side, likely due to the Aspen location, the quality of ingredients and exceptional service make it a worthwhile choice for breakfast or a casual meal.
