I discovered my love for Mexican cuisine when I enjoyed my first meal post-release from prison. The flavors and aromas were a nostalgic reminder of everything I had missed. The attentive service and delicious dishes at Beaver Creek on a Friday night made it a memorable dining experience with friends.
