Dinner time was pretty busy and a bit crowded, but the atmosphere was great and the service was smooth and attentive, especially at the bar where the bartender stayed on top of things despite the rush. The food blew me away-starting with the shrimp ceviche on tortilla chips, followed by rigatoni with sausage that was full of flavor and really satisfying, plus the ribeye was cooked perfectly and came with tasty fries and coleslaw. The staff made the night extra special, especially Anneleise who went out of her way during my birthday, and the brussel sprouts appetizer she suggested was a total winner; overall, it was an awesome experience with amazing food and friendly service.

The restaurant was a bit crowded during dinner time, but the atmosphere was great. The servers were attentive and the service went smoothly. Despite the busyness, the bartender at the bar was extremely attentive and made our experience enjoyable. The food was delicious, especially the Shrimp Ceviche on tortilla chips - it was absolutely delicious. My husband had the ribeye and I had the rigatoni and sausage, both dishes were flavorful and fulfilling. Our server Anneleise made the experience special, especially for my birthday, and the entire staff at the Dusty Boot was fantastic. The Mediterranean Pasta and Turkey Club were both great, and we plan to return again soon. The location is perfect for a casual meal after skiing, and the gluten-free options were a pleasant surprise. Overall, it was a great experience and we look forward to visiting again!
