During a recent work trip to Beaver Creek, our group of ten enjoyed dinner at Mirabelle, where the warm ambiance provided a charming escape from the cold winter night. The cocktails and food, including the outstanding scallops and delectable lobster bisque, exceeded my expectations, and the attentive service made us feel truly special. With its cozy farmhouse setting and exquisite French cuisine, this restaurant has become a favorite that I look forward to revisiting on future trips.
