Jose Muldoon's has amazing food and a super cozy vibe that makes you want to stay awhile. The service is always on point, and the margaritas are seriously delicious, especially when they're half off on Thursdays. I tried the fajitas and the Tompolobampo Burrito, both packed with fresh flavors, though the crunchy tacos weren't my favorite; still, it's definitely my go-to when I'm in Colorado Springs.
