Billy's Old World Pizza in Colorado Springs serves up the best Chicago style pizza I've ever had. The deep dish is loaded with fresh ingredients and the gluten-free option is a must-try. The owner, Jim, puts so much care into his craft and it really shows in the delicious pizzas and sandwiches he creates.
