Before heading out of Colorado Springs, my husband was eager to try menudo for breakfast, and it was the first option we found. The bright and colorful atmosphere, along with the warm sunlight seeping in, made the experience enjoyable. The food was delicious, particularly the barbacoa taco and huevos rancheros, and the bakery's offerings were tempting, promising a return visit soon.
