If you're in the Westminster area and craving authentic Vietnamese cuisine, Pho 9 II is worth a try. The Pho dac biet is flavorful and comes with all the traditional trimmings. While the prices may lean towards the higher side, the quality of the food and the warm ambiance make it a great spot for a satisfying meal.
