During a recent visit to Grand Junction, I tried Pablo's pizza and was impressed by the flavorful combinations and fresh ingredients, especially on the Santa Fe and pepperoni mushroom pies. The service was efficient, the staff friendly, and the dining area clean, with quick order times whether dining in or taking out. I also appreciated the variety of options, including gluten-free crusts, and look forward to trying more of their unique pizzas in the future.
