The food at Boss Hog's is exceptional, with a diverse menu that never fails to impress, especially the prime rib and burgers. While the service can be a bit slow during busy times, the welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff make every visit worthwhile.

Salad bar was fine and that's it. We each had half rack baby backs and baked potato. 4 1inch thick ribs. Tough and tasteless. Potatoes were tough, either undercooked or old. Few bites of each each and gave up. Were from Phoenix and it used to be a favorite of ours. Don't know what happened but never again. Sad

Every visit we've made to Pagosa Springs, we make it a point to eat here. We've always had good service and love the food, And it's a fun atmosphere. Try it!!
