My wife and I tried Penny's for the first time last night for dinner in the small town of Yampa. Despite our low expectations, we were pleasantly surprised by the large, clean diner with friendly service and a diverse menu. The cheeseburger and fries I ordered were delicious, though a bit small, and the $1 pie special was a nice touch.
