Found a cozy coffee shop with friendly service and reasonable prices. The skiing videos on the TV add a nice touch to the underground setting, which surprisingly feels clean and inviting. A great spot for a quick, hassle-free dinner with delicious sandwiches and ice cream options.

Wife & I went to Joe's Saturday night at 9:40. The door was open with a handful of customers standing around waiting for their food/ ice cream. The manager told us "we're closed". When my wife asked if if was 10 pm yet, the manager replied, "you know what, please don't argue with me!" At this point, we had no intention of sticking around. When I showed him the time on my phone on the way out (9:40), he actually flipped us off. Time to clean your house Joe.
