The blueberry pancakes, veggie omelette, and green chili here are absolute favorites, and the bottomless fresh coffee keeps me coming back every time I'm in Silverthorne. The friendly staff, quick counter ordering, and lively weekend music create a welcoming atmosphere that makes it easy to settle in for a great meal after hitting the slopes or a day of hiking.
