This local diner is a fantastic spot for breakfast - the chef really knows how to whip up some delicious eggs. The cinnamon rolls are out of this world, seriously the best I've ever had. The staff is friendly and efficient, though the greeter at the door could use some new jokes. Overall, a great place to grab a meal and feel like a regular, especially if you're in town for work or passing through La Junta.
