After a long hike in the Rockies, sinking my teeth into the juicy bison burger and crispy garlic parmesan fries was pure bliss, with the friendly staff ensuring everything arrived quickly and smoothly. Although the elk burger was a bit tough and dry, the overall flavors were satisfying enough to make me eager to return and try more from their diverse menu.
