The restaurant offers great food and service in a casual setting. Our visit was motivated by the search for the unique Pueblo heirloom dish known as the "slopper," a regional favorite featuring a combination of flavors and ingredients. El Aguascalientes is known for its exceptional slopper, accompanied by delicious house margaritas and flavorful chips and salsa.
