DO NOT EAT HERE

Seriously, the food is crap. I wish I could upload this pic I have on my phone of the 'tacos barbacoa', $12 lunch special. Basically fried corn tortillas with a thin layer of greasy boiled beef and some cheese soaked in oil. Total crap, don't waste your money.

This restaurant was amazing the new location and the atmosphere was truly a pleasant place to dine. The staff was friendly, and the food recipes were to die for. The salsa and chips were amazing as well. The only thing they could do better is to make it an all you can eat establishment. I highly recommend them lunch and dinner.

We went to the new Castillions on South College last Thursday for dinner. The food was excellent, service was great and to top it off they had a happy hour. We will be going back weekly.

I went for lunch last week, and the food was horrible. The thing about Mexican food is, every family from generation to generation thinks their version of authentic recipes is the best. Its common among Mexican American cooks. So I understand how this Johnny guy (the owner) thinks his food is something to brag about. Ive been to Mexico, and had real Mexican food to be proud of. And for the record, I'm not talking about a tropical area with fruity drinks, I'm talking about an area where people take pride in great food.

I MOVED FROM TEXAS ALMOST 2 YRS AGO AND HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO FIND GOOD MEXICAN FOOD, UNTIL NOW! CASTILLON'S IS WONDERFUL! I HAVE HAD A MEAL THERE BUT TODAY I PICKED UP SOME TAMALES AND THEY ARE THE BEST (OTHER THANK MY MOM'S)! I AM MEXICAN AMERICAN SO I HAVE MISSED MEXICAN FOOD THAT I DID NOT HAVE TO FIX :) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CASTILLON'S!!

I LIVE IN LOVELAND AND CASTILLON'S IS IN EXTREME NORTH FT. COLLINS BUT I WILL MAKE THE DRIVE. TOO BAD THEY CLOSE SO EARLY ON THE WEEKDAYS.

TRY THEM!!!

Castillon's has very tasty, authentic Mexican food, at reasonable prices. I especially love their salsa!
